Margo Luberg

Managing Director / Partner

Margo has extensive experience in the field of equipment financing. He has managed and developed the Estonian branch of 3 Step IT, and has headed the equipment lease department of Swedbank. Margo was one of the founders of Green IT in 2006. Today he is in charge of the general management of the company and servicing the company’s new and existing customers. Did you know that Margo has run 1500 meters in less than 4 minutes and 10 seconds!?

Helen Jaakson

Office Manager

Helen also has an impressive record in the banking sector: she has held responsible positions in the private banking section of Swedbank. At Green IT Helen is responsible for the correct customer documentation, and she keeps her eye on the office activities.

Mihkel Nanits

Head of Remarketing

Mihkel has obtained his sales skills by working in sales in 5 consecutive summers in the US. At Green IT he is in charge of the sales and service of our renewed computer section. Mihkel is also a man of sports: for example, he rode his bike for a total of 15,000 km during a summer season once.

Tarmo Tomak

Partner 

Tarmo has run the finances of G4S in the Baltic states, and has headed US Invest, an investment company. This means he has experience in the organisation and consulting of very large financial deals. And that is his expertise in Green IT also. Tarmo knows how to bounce the ball: he was a professional basketball player in his youth.

Silver Lume

Partner

Silver has experience in the marketing and service development of both large and small businesses. He has been involved in the development of 14 trademarks in Estonia, Russia and Ukraine. These are the areas where Silver contributes to Green IT, as well. On his spare time, Silver participates in city and ski marathons.

Diana Rõõmussaar (on parental leave)

Office Manager / Partner

Diana’s previous jobs were in the leasing products department of the biggest Estonian bank. Diana is in charge of our entire back office activities. She was a co-founder of Green IT in 2006, and at that time there was no area of the business she did not participate in. At the moment, Diana is on temporary leave with her baby girl. By the way – her male colleagues at Green IT are especially glad that her daughter was born at the beginning of 2011: she will be in a more favourable age class when she will start her sports life!
