Acquisition
We have divided the acquisition of computer
resources into four stages:
- Procurement
- Financing
of new IT assets (leasing)
- Repurchase
of used assets
- Insurance
Procurement
The time period involved in procurement is often longer than initially planned. Also, a single company may not have sufficient market power to achieve the best price advantage. The customers of Green IT have a total of 50,000 units of IT equipment. We have contracts with large wholesalers, which will ensure our customers the best hardware prices.
Leasing
Leasing, or long-term rental, is part of the Green IT’s management service. We purchase the IT assets for our customers, and then rent it to our customers for an established period of time. Upon the completion of the lease period we will buy the hardware with an established residual value and then replace them with new ones. And the customer does not have to worry about what will happen to their used computers.
Repurchase of used IT assets
We also provide our customers with the service of repurchasing their used IT assets. That is, before the customer buys new IT equipment through Green IT, we will make them an offer to purchase their existing computer resources.
Insurance
The customer’s monthly
insurance fee will include the insurance of assets, which will eliminate the
risks that may arise during their period of use. We are a substantial customer
for insurance companies, which gives our customers a price advantage in
insuring their IT assets.
